Let’s get creative!

I have to tell you, there’s a whole slew of new
stuff coming your way in September and I’m having such a hard time keeping them to myself. So, I thought I’d give you a little sneak peek right now.

Sound good?

A new F R E E video training program . . .
A new F R E E call . . .
Another session of bootcamp . . .
And so much more.

Do those sound intriguing to you? I sure do hope so. I’ve been working very hard on getting them in tip top shape for you. Cause you know, I love to over deliver.

I’ll be sharing more about all of these and offering exclusive first access to those in the bodyheart community. So, if you aren’t receiving our weekly emails, you can hop on the list by filling in the form to the right.

For today, I thought you might be interested in how I get + keep myself inspired.

You probably know that music has a huge influence on me…so I take advantage of that by giving myself a Creative Theme Song.

Watch below. . .

If you liked this video, tweet it here.

You can give yourself a theme song for pretty much anything. The trick is to actually use it. Wake up every morning and listen to it so that it helps you start your day. Or, listen to it just before and even during your creative process – writing, painting, scripting videos, etc.

This is one fun way to get in the flow and, in the comments below I want you to share your Theme Song! I really love discovering new music, so I’d really appreciate your input. 🙂

One last thing:

I could really use your help. bodyheart is coming to Denver in September and I could use your assistance spreading the world. If you know someone in the Denver area, feel free to invite them to this awesome day. I promise, they will not be disappointed! Event link + details: http://bit.ly/bhcliveevents.

Here’s to getting your creative juices flowing.

Peace + Pleasure,

ps – Don’t miss this week’s Feature Friday Gal. She loves her gray! See her feature here.

  1. Maxine (my 2-year old) and I were watching “the bit” together and she said, “I know” when you asked if we could say it. What a powerful little human being she is. And she’s totally right; she IS perfect. And so am I!

  2. F*nckn Perfect by Pink!

  3. My theme song is The Middle by Jimmy Eat World.

  4. I still listen to “Defying Gravity” and “You Can’t Stop the Beat” before every exam. It gets me in such a good pumped up mood! You can’t be a good inspirational song!

  5. @Genie – I LOVE that that was Maxine’s response. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. Very powerful.

@Kristie – Such a great song. It’s on my theme list too!

@Allie – I think we’ve discussed this before? The Middle – so great.

@Kait – I love me some musical theater. Both of those songs make me so happy.

Thank you all for watching and commenting. So happy to connect with you. 🙂

  6. Irene Cara’s “Flashdance… What a Feeling”. The lyrics “Take your passion and make it happen” and “I can really have it all” motivate me to go after my dreams, even if those are just to be happy that day

The Sizzle Kit was a welcomed ‘pause’ in my day! Everything about this course is just fabulous! My daughter says she has noticed a huge difference in me since I started working on this program 6 weeks ago ~and I am hoping she commits to it sometime soon!
