Let’s get creative!
I have to tell you, there’s a whole slew of new
stuff coming your way in September and I’m having such a hard time keeping them to myself. So, I thought I’d give you a little sneak peek right now.
A new F R E E video training program . . .
A new F R E E call . . .
Another session of bootcamp . . .
And so much more.
Do those sound intriguing to you? I sure do hope so. I’ve been working very hard on getting them in tip top shape for you. Cause you know, I love to over deliver.
I’ll be sharing more about all of these and offering exclusive first access to those in the bodyheart community. So, if you aren’t receiving our weekly emails, you can hop on the list by filling in the form to the right.
For today, I thought you might be interested in how I get + keep myself inspired.
You probably know that music has a huge influence on me…so I take advantage of that by giving myself a Creative Theme Song.
Watch below. . .
You can give yourself a theme song for pretty much anything. The trick is to actually use it. Wake up every morning and listen to it so that it helps you start your day. Or, listen to it just before and even during your creative process – writing, painting, scripting videos, etc.
This is one fun way to get in the flow and, in the comments below I want you to share your Theme Song! I really love discovering new music, so I’d really appreciate your input. 🙂
One last thing:
I could really use your help. bodyheart is coming to Denver in September and I could use your assistance spreading the world. If you know someone in the Denver area, feel free to invite them to this awesome day. I promise, they will not be disappointed! Event link + details: http://bit.ly/bhcliveevents.
Here’s to getting your creative juices flowing.
ps – Don’t miss this week’s Feature Friday Gal. She loves her gray! See her feature here.
Amber’s keynote was engaging and positive. I’m pretty sure every girl left that room feeling a little bit better about herself and inspired to work towards body peace. I was so impressed with the entire experience and am grateful that you came to our house for Fat Talk Free Week. You all left a lasting, positive impression.
